Oh, snap! We’ve had that happen before, too. Well, Fronto allows you to reset your password.

If it is before log-in, please just click 'Forgot Password?' button in the log in stage.

If you are already logged in and want to redeem, please go to 'Setting' → 'My Account' → 'Change Password' → 'Forgot Password'.
